President could lose his base and the military

President Trump’s chances to win re-election as of today are not good, and that’s given the fact that we aren’t taking the polls too seriously at this point up to an election. This is a terrifying possibility given the fact that Joe Biden is suffering from dementia and an overwhelming number of his advisers are socialists and communists.

What we do trust is trends in polls.

VOTERS ARE ANGRY

Voters are furious with the President for his handling of the virus. They credit governors with any successes. Thank the media for that. Voters blame the President for failing to contain the virus. Thank the media for that too.

They also blame the President for making the riots/protests worse.

Voters are angry and they will always blame Washington. It doesn’t help that the media points fingers at President Trump 24/7.

Republican suburban men and women are allegedly abandoning Trump.

IT’S NOT 2016

It’s not 2016 so don’t count on that pleasant surprise. Biden just isn’t hated as much as Hillary was and polls indicate they hate Biden less than Trump.

Also, the polls weren’t that far off in 2016. What they got wrong was the Electoral College. The President — barely — won some states that always go Democrat. It’s not looking that good right now.

In addition, the President might not have control over the military at this point. The generals keep turning on him, even the ones still employed. It’s no small matter.

He can resolve this but needs to concentrate on fixing the virus situation.

It’s only June and there is time.

Guarding monuments is a great idea, but if Portland wants to let Antifa burn it down, maybe let them. Certainly, there should be massive arrests. He must find effective ways to defend our free speech and our safety. Bill Barr, where are you?

I don’t believe these polls but if you look closely at trends, it’s alarming.

Think about what we have to lose — our freedom and our country. Biden will make things far worse but voters don’t know. They are lied to daily by the media and their weak-kneed politicians.

What do you think would make the voters less angry?

The riots were organized attacks on President Trump’s power base. It is an attack by the hard left, and it’s a power grab. We think Tucker is correct in this video and it’s frightening:

If trends in polls were accurate, Hillary Clinton would be our president. Because, the trends in the 2016 favored Clinton over Trump. It is a special kind of stupid to believe this makes sense. One of the few who got 2016 right, is saying that the president will be re-elected in November.

We’d have to say there really hasn’t been a campaign as yet. Trump had appalling poll numbers early on in 2016. The polls close to election day always change their methodology in order to be more accurate otherwise they would look like complete idiots.

In the last election there was considerable reliance on social media, whereas this time it is direct collection of data. Brad Parscale is now being considered an “idiot” because of the Tulsa rally. Many are unaware, as I was, that Parscale worked for a media company that revolutionized media production in the 90’s with software And hardware. He understands what technology is capable of and has the ability to maximize it’s application. There was heavy reliance on social media in the previous election and that is now “secondary” to his own data collection. No longer is he relying on “third parties” for information which today can be problematic.

Too many are assuming Twitter is indicative of the country. As I understand the number of US citizens on Twitter stands around 2% so I wouldn’t put much stock into what’s posted there. Just the same as in 2016 Trump will have to “drag” the Republicans kicking and screaming to “join” the fight. As he said in Wisconsin, he has been telling Republicans to fight back and not be cowards. The biggest way for this election to fail is if Trump just gives in because Republicans are afraid of their own shadows. He Does seem to be gravitating to that thought, out of exasperation. The current situation does have a majority of discontent that could easily be capitalized upon, if some were willing. There is an uproar over new policies of the manner in which schools are slated to open. There’s considerable ammunition here. The vast majority are fully against what they are seeing in the streets but little is said by politicians. In reality, if there was a concerted effort it could be plausible that Trump could win 49 or 50 states with large majorities in Congress. But it would take a Unified and National vision to do so.The question IS, are politicians up to the task. Maybe, if Trump drags them, once again, kicking and screaming.

The media and the polls are incredibly biased, worse than 2016. Polls oversample dems. Poll questions are biased. Republicans are not abandoning Trump in my suburb. Come now M, you have shown great judgement over the years.

Trump lost the establishment from day one, including military leaders.
