Prosecutor Calls Daniel Penny the ‘White Man’ As Protesters Scream Racism Outside the Court

During the second day of testimony, Daniel Penny was known as “the white man.” That’s what Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s deputy reduced him to in front of the jury. The prosecution is making this case about race while radicals scream outside the courtroom. They are demanding he be convicted.

The Bragg prosecutor labeled him the white man when witness Ivette Rosario took the stand. Rosario, then a 17-year-old high school student, was trapped on the train with Jordan Neely when he threatened to kill other commuters. Penny, realizing the danger, subdued him.

The nervous teen did not know Penny’s name, so she simply referred to him as “the white guy.”

Assistant District Attorney Jillian Shartrand, who’s prosecuting Penny for Bragg, did not bother to tell Rosario his name. Instead, she called Penny “the white man” again and again, more than half a dozen times.

BLM protesters are making it about race, and Shartrand played right into the basest attacks on Daniel Penny.

Neely came onto the train, snarling and threatening passengers. A teen said she thought she’d pass out. An older woman was “scared shitless.”

Others said they never felt this type of panic.

Eric Gonzalez, one of the men who helped constrain Neely, was a star witness, but he admitted he fabricated some of the story to protect himself from prosecution or abuse by BLM. He’s terrified of the protesters.

He admitted to lying about being on the scene much earlier and that Neely hit him, prompting Penny to swing into action. All that to save himself.

“You’re scared of people that are looking for a prosecution of my client?” asked Penny’s defense attorney, Steven Raiser.

“Yes,” Gonzalez said.

Raiser added: “You’re afraid that if you testified in a way that’s helpful to my client, you may suffer repercussions, correct?”

Affirmative.

“All these protests going on, I am scared for myself, I am scared for my family,” Gonzalez, a father of two, said, underscoring how politically charged this farce of a criminal case is.

Gonzalez and Penny jumped in to save people on a train, and now they are punished for it. One might go to prison for 19 years. The other is terrified of BLM.

This probably spells the end of Good Samaritans, at least in New York City.

Penny is a Spaz. You have to have your wits about you in a fight. I hated people like that back in the day. They get all spastic and you have to break them up rather than the Idiot knowing He won. And, people being afraid ” give me a break” some people have never even been in a Street Fight. People are afraid of their own Shadow!

A helper ( who helped penny subdue the deceased) told him to “Let Go.” This is going to Hurt Penny. He should have listened. You cannot just strangle people to death. Neely had no Weapon and was Drunk and Disorderly. No Weapon, No Physical Assaults. No Beef. No Justification for Lethal Force.

Penny should have let Go, once the man was down, and others were Restraining HIm!
Besides, it is not worth the B.S. youll face for Playing: Captian America! In all self-defense cases youre held to the same standard as a Cop. So, you need to brush up on when Lethal Forces is Authorized.

Another white guy being trashed. Shameful. White men better stand up for each other or escape from New York.

If the recent Trump victory is any indication I see why white women and Hispanic men rose up for Trump.

Are we in for a trend of White Women/Hispanic men relationships? Hmm…. Hey white women need a future free from those leftist nutjobs. Gotta wonder.

I would suggest that in the end NY will pay out a multi-million dollar awared for prosecutorially mistreatiing Daniel Penny. The trauma they have put him through is unconscionable.

You know, I see this Crap and it is Obvious Racism. I am white, BIG WHITE GUY, so I was in my share of street fights in my youth. I had to deal with 5-10 Blacks Chasing me down the Streets; because I walked into the Wrong Neighborhood. So .. I am no fan of Blacks. I know theyre Racist! SO ... I got Fast. I hit the Weight Room and Got Big. Then, nobody wanted to chase me anymore! They started to Run Away. Stood Down 10 Angry blacks ( I knew Id take the leader and 3 others) once and Saved a Friends Life. So … I know how to do it, I have skill.

If a rich white guy had been strangled to death (by Penny) for the same thing there would be no outrage against the victim; but against “Penny” for not letting up on His Choke Hold. The homeless black guy gets no mercy. Yea, he was high on Crack -out of his mind- and from what I hear Soiled Himself! So … He was a Bit Angry and Started Shouting at People! He needed Help. Penny and the Others could have easily shouted him down. I stood down 10 ANGRY BLACKS! Now … I have no Crybaby for Little Penny!

I would sure like to see YOU go toe to toe with crybaby Penny. Anybody can pump up their credentials and how tough they are when they use alias when making comments. Me, I’m not tough and don’t claim to be but I like to believe I would step up like Daniel Penny. And so am grateful when real men like Daniel Penny step up to protect others. And then there’s Bragg who will prosecute this man for protecting others including people of color and another man who is is a builder providing jobs for a misdemeanor beyond the statute of limitations, turn it into multiple felonies and judge shop to put it before a biased judge who several times denied him of his Constitutional rights to get a conviction, all because he’s Donald Trump. But Bragg refuses to prosecute the real violent criminals in NYC.

I stood down 10 blacks -for a PUNK Friend- that I did not even like and, that, Takes “Great” Stature! This event happend back in HS -and I was bench pressing 400-lbs; so , Penny would have been My Toy! The Massive Hits I could deploy! I once held a Black Belt in a Submission Hold and Made Him Beg for His Mommy! He admitted His black belt could not save him and was useless against my Braun.

So … I posted my example , as an example, of standing people down without Killing them. I did it on many occasions and in much more violent circumstances! Nobody was there to help me! My Friend was a Worm and Useless! If I were there ( NYC/PENNY incident) I would have pulled Penny off Neely. I certainly do not want to see penny go to Jail. However , this is the tragic part of not knowing “use of force” laws.
