RFK Jr: Regulatory Agencies Are Puppets of Those They Are Supposed to Regulate

In February, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. described systemic corruption in government health agencies. Now that he is in charge, he confirms that the deep state is real, and it is comprised of institutional pressures that make employees into sock puppets.

He is even more certain that the corruption is systemic. He said the institutional pressures have turned regulatory agencies into sock puppets. Regulatory agencies aren’t regulating; they’re jumping to the tune of the institution.

“President Trump always talks about the Deep State, and the media, you know, disparages him and says that he’s paranoid,” Kennedy said, according to Politico, which reported it obtained an audio recording and transcript of the secretary’s remarks. “But the Deep State is real. And it’s not, you know, just George Soros and Bill Gates and a bunch of nefarious individuals sitting together in a room and plotting the, you know, the destruction of humanity.”

He called the FDA a “sock puppet” of the very industries it’s supposed to regulate.

One area where Kennedy said he has seen this within the FDA is its Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) system, which he says acts as a “loophole” for food companies. In March, Kennedy directed the FDA to reevaluate its policies on food companies obtaining approval before adding new ingredients to their products. He believes that “eliminating this loophole” will not only provide consumers with more transparency but will be key in improving Americans’ health.

Currently, RFK is on a Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) tour, visiting states including Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico to promote initiatives banning ultra-processed foods and harmful food dyes from school lunches.

He has given food companies two years to eliminate harmful food dyes, especially Red Dye No. 2.

Profiting from Our Bad Health

“Right now, 75% of FDA’s budget is coming from pharmaceutical companies. That is a perverse incentive.”

And RFK, Jr. and the rest of the politicians, including Trump, are nothing more than puppets to the ruling royal bloodlines that are in control of all presidents no matter their corrupt party affiliation.

Why did he give them 2 years to remove the poison? 2 weeks would be too much. the food companies could remove the dyes other poisons immediately if so commanded. 2 years means it will never happen

RFK’s assertion has a ring of truth about it. I call them the Rubber Stamp agencies. Think about it. Pure chance would dictate that cures for numerous affections would be fact not myth. When was the last time anything was cured? Yet all we see if Pharma ads all day on TV. It’s like they make up $hit so they can make a treatment, pill, or potion for it. Well maybe Big Food is creating the ailments and Big Pharma just magically has the treatment. You gotta wonder.

And why is there so much crap in our food? GMO, Round-Up anyone? HFCS, Soybean Oil, Folic Acid, Food dyes, nitrates, nitrites, and MSG!! Yuck. And what’s going on with the Dairy lately? The whole system reeks of corruption given that Big Pharma and Big Food both get whatever they want.

Look at the boards, executive, and consultant jobs in Big Pharma and Big Food and count the ex-regulators among them. I want DOGE to look at this and Congress to get off their A$$es to ban the practice.

RFK sounds like the great Milton Friedman.

Bureaucrats bounce between industry and agencies, Each time they do an agency stint, and bounce back to industry, they get bigger pay. They get rich.

Congress is supposed to oversee influence, but many of them get big donations from those industries.

It’s hard to understand why it’s news that regulatory bodies are captured by the companies they’re supposed to regulate. George Stigler won a Nobel Prize in Economics for analyzing and predicting this. It’s well understood!
