C-Span said they were operating under the assumption that it was an internal routing issue.
“This afternoon the online feed for C-SPAN was briefly interrupted by RT programming. We are currently investigating and troubleshooting this occurrence,” read a C-SPAN statement.
The network added: “As RT is one of the networks we regularly monitor, we are operating under the assumption that it was an internal routing issue. If that changes we will certainly let you know.”
Russia Today, a Russian propaganda channel, is currently the top conversation in the nation. This is all so coincidental!
C-Span is the public-service television provider for Beltway programming.
