The first wave of criminals are about to be released on the streets of America. It’s only the beginning and a total of 46,000 are expected to be released. One-third of them are illegal aliens.
The administration has promised to deport the illegal alien criminals but they won’t says Sheriff Babeu. Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu was interviewed by Charles Payne on Fox Business and gave the example of one Russian who was released into the Sheriff’s county because the government claimed they didn’t have the proper travel documents to deport him. The man stabbed a criminal informant, poured gasoline on him, and lit him on fire while he was still alive.
Charles Payne believes there will be a much more major release before Obama’s term ends. The criminals are part of the Democratic voting base. The illegal alien criminals also count in the census numbers which go towards the Electoral College, congressional seats, and other monetary benefits.
Sheriff Babeu also criticized the movement to give convicted felons the right to vote so they don’t feel disenfranchised. These are people who have not earned the right to vote and decide the future of other Americans. Vermont and Maine allow felons to vote while in prison. Another thirteen and D.C. allow felons to vote after their incarceration, even if they are still on parole. Only eleven consider taking away felons’ right to vote.
If Charles Payne is right and a massive release takes place by 2016, it would mean more voters in the Democrat column.
If Barack Obama frees prisoners, they will be Democrat voters for life.
The Center for Immigration Studies revealed this month that the approximately 340 so-called sanctuary cities in the U.S. have been releasing about 1,000 criminal aliens, combined, monthly.
Most Democrats want illegal aliens to vote, though the poll didn’t include criminal aliens.
It’s not only Democrats, in total, one out of every American thinks tax-paying illegals should be allowed to vote according to Rasmussen.
They want foreigners to decide our future. It’s all reduced to taxes. However, many of the illegal aliens who pay taxes get them back because they earn small salaries or they work off the books. They get an income tax credit for their efforts at filing a return.
The Supreme Court doesn’t care about protecting the right to vote for citizens.
Reuters reported in July that the high court’s refusal to hear an appeal of the decision in the case of Kobach, et al. v. Election Assistance Commission, et al, had the effect of upholding the ruling handed down last November by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The end result was that individuals showing up to the polls in Arizona and Kansas were no longer be required to demonstrate proof of U.S. citizenship, opening the ballot box to illegal immigrants.
“Arizona citizens can continue to participate in voter registration drives without worrying about not having proof of citizenship documents,” Shirley Sandelands, of the League of Women Voters of Arizona, said in a statement at the time.
“This is a very big deal,” University of California Irvine Law Professor Rick Hasen wrote on his election law blog when the decision came down to not take up the case. “Kobach had the potential to shift more power away from the federal government in administering elections toward the states,” he added.
The Supreme Court appears to be in the business of buoying up laws that support an overreaching executive that has previously shown disdain for states’ rights.
It’s also going to give away our vote to anyone who will support the enormously large government.
Every time a foreigner votes illegally, s/he is stealing the vote of one American.
