Shedeur Was Picked in the Fifth Round

Shedeur Sanders was picked in the fifth round, the 144th, by the Cleveland Browns. It’s important in terms of money, but nothing else. Tom Brady was picked in the sixth round.

He now has to compete with other quarterbacks.

Shedeur apparently had a bad interview and an anonymous assistant coach torched him as “entitled,” and said he just isn’t good. We’ll find out if he’s right when Shedeur plays. It wasn’t only the coach knocking him. Others knocked his personality and abilities. Some said he shouldn’t be a quarterback. He can play defense.

Maybe the absurd claims of racism will stop.

The kid seems grateful.

I have watched him play for two seasons and he seemed to have as much talent as any of the QBs in this year’s draft class, which seemed significantly down from last year’s group. Let’s see what he does when he gets on the field.

Once he gets on the field he will have to prove his worth.

no one would know who sha-door was if not for his daddy. an average player with average numbers and they spent the entire draft talking about him. the second tim tebow was drafted everyone in sports talked him down. guess his skin tone was a littel to light.

correct. they will allow a black quarterback to play for 20 years just to have a black qb in the league whether or not he’s any good. next to go will be the kickers and punters. there aren’t enough black kickers they will say. before you know it they will all be black, except of one or two. they don’t want to be accused of racism after all.
