Students Are Told Not to Clap Because It’s Discriminatory

Jazz Hands

Students who whoop, cheer and clap should face “consequences” because they are excluding deaf people, delegates at the National Union of Students conference in the UK said and the telegraph reported.

Those whooping it up are seriously and negatively impacting “accessibility” according to the union. Students are being told instead to use “jazz hands”.

What about blind people or blind-deaf people or people who don’t like the performance? This makes it inaccessible to them!!!

Maybe the students can take their cue from the fake South African interpreter.
