Al Jazeera journalists, Bilal Kareem and bureau chief Ahmad Zaidan said Obama erroneously put them on a “kill list” which puts them in danger of a drone strike and the Trump administration has kept them on it. They are suing to get themselves removed from the list.

In a leaked document – via Edward Snowden – the National Security Agency (NSA) -allegedly – claims they are members of al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Information leaked by Edward Snowden and published by the Intercept, indicates that US officials in a conversation said Zaidan, a Pakistani and Syrian citizen, was a member of al Qaeda and the Brotherhood.

As for Bilal, he says he was almost killed in five different strikes.

Maybe they should look to who they hang with.

Bilal Kareem

Politico reported Thursday that Zaidan and Kareem have been able to interview al Qaeda, the Taliban and Zaidan even interviewed Osama bin Laden several times. They are frequently in contact with al Qaeda and the Brotherhood terrorists.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Thursday and lists Trump, Defense Secretary James Mattis, CIA Director Mike Pompeo and Attorney General Jeff Sessions among the defendants, as well as several other high-ranking officials.

Their writings appear to be propaganda for these terrorist organizations. Go to Twitter or al Jazeera and read to see what you think. Whether they’re terrorists we cannot say. We can’t even say if they are on the kill list.

The journalists say the algorithms are flawed and the designations are based on their travel, social media content and communications related to their professions. Hmmm…

“Plaintiffs’ inclusion on the Kill List is the result of arbitrary and capricious agency action, accomplished without due process, and in violation of the United States Constitution and U.S. and international law,” the lawsuit reads.

In January, Trump gave the CIA authority to launch drone strikes and, al Jazeera, a mouthpiece for Qatar, wants them to stop.

Are we going to get another crazy ruling controlling the administration? Just wondering.
