Tesla Showroom Terrorist Will Face 20 Years in Prison

A man who threw a Molotov Cocktail into a Tesla showroom is under arrest and AG Bondi said he will face 20 years in prison. He could have killed someone, not to minimize the property damage.

An Oregon man accused of trying to destroy property at a Tesla dealership in Salem twice since January has been arraigned on federal charges, according to court documents obtained Nexstar’s KOIN.

Pam Bondi will also go after the funders of the Tesla violence. Let’s hope for Kamala’s sake, she stopped funding violent radicals.

I might potentially posit the notion that someone . somewhere could conceivably
give a rat’s patoot concerning this obvious non-issue. Then again, I might not.
Ur thoughts?

There is no excuse or need for SCOTUS to affirm the constitutionally enumerated powers of the presidency, as agreed upon by the DOJ…None. Trump needs to make an executive order that says this:

  1. The Executive Branch is a SEPARATE AND EQUAL Branch of Government. Henceforth it will execute the authority vested in it by the Constitution and affirmed by precedence, under the oversight and advisement of the DOJ and without interference by the Judicial Branch.
  2. If a lower court feels an Executive Power has been breached, it may petition SCOTUS directly for review.
  3. If SCOTUS determines a 3-branch consideration is needed, the DOJ will establish a 6-panel committee, with two representatives each from the three EQUAL branches—SCOTUS, The DOJ, and the Senate Judiciary Committee.
  4. If the Committee determines an Executive Power has been exceeded, SCOTUS will fast-track a review by the Supreme Court justices AND/OR Congress will immediately address changes to and/or clarity the law through the legislation process so that executive progress is not unduly impeded.
  5. Henceforth, the Administrative a branch will not entertain, acknowledge, or be hindered by any lower court interference with Executive Authority and its associated powers belonging to it by the Constitution.

Make SCOTUS stay in its lane, sir. Anything less is eroding the balance of power.
