This Is Why Judge Dugan’s Case Disappeared from the Media

Dan O’Donnell at the MacIver Institute asks if you’ve noticed that Judge Hannah Dugan’s story has all but disappeared from the news. It’s because she is guilty. It’s a straightforward case, and she committed multiple crimes.

Dugan is neither innocent nor a martyr when you strip away the politics. She is a criminal, and she could go to prison for a year.

Plainly factual evidence based on the law:

Not only is she guilty but her being guilty doesn’t fit the narrative. They want their version of the truth to look like they are right. Sad thing is it’s all a lie.

She got caught up in a tornado and a house fell on her.

This is what Dugan calls “due process”.

I have to wonder how many judges have been doing this, but haven’t been discovered. Bailiffs and prosecutors could say something.

Dugan is done. She loses her job, her law license, her reputation.

Prison time is warranted. I doubt Bondi has it in her to insist on that.

Prison for 1 year?
That’s too soft, make it 10 years!

Make it something she will regret, and NEVER FORGET.

Lets see if she talks it down to some misdemeanor. This is a test case to see if the administration has any backbone to fight crime.A guilty plea and home confinement, most likely.

If the charges get reduced, that is Bondi’s mistake. I doubt Bondi has the daring to do that, she is already in hot water for her ineffectiveness.
