Illegal alien Natalio Vitervo-Vasquez had raped and impregnated his 10-year old daughter after drugging her.
He learned his fate after pleading guilty Friday. He was given a 40-year sentence by a Forrest County, MS judge.
The district attorney said the girl told officials her father, Natalio Vitervo-Vasquez, took her to a hotel room where “he touched her and gave her something to drink.” The DA also stated the girl told officials the drink made her sleepy.
According to the district attorney, in November of 2016 the girl gave birth to a baby boy with multiple birth defects. That baby died in surgery at a medical facility in Jackson.
This monster had been deported twice.
Vasquez must serve 25 years of that sentence and is to be immediately deported when released. It’s not enough time.

The Death penalty needs to be instituted for this crime! No one should get to live, with free room and board, lawyers, medical care at our cost after what this vile excuse for a human being has perpetrated on his own daughter!!!
Why should the taxpayer pay for this scumbags room and board for 25 years? I say put him on a plane and fly him to his country of origin to drop him off, just don’t land the plane to drop him off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
