Five days ago, the Venezuelan National Guard ran over protesters. Rioters threw Molotov Cocktails at the vehicle and when protesters surrounded the vehicles, the National Guard gunned the engine and mowed them down.
People feed themselves with garbage and gangsters keep the starving people in check.
