Walmart Ditches Racist, Anti-American DEI

Walmart will soon become the world’s largest retailer to retract its diversity, equity, and inclusion policies following criticism from conservative commentators who aim to perpetuate “anti-wokeness.”

Walmart announced the changes on Monday, which include the end of a five-year commitment to an equity racial center set up in 2020 following the killing of George Floyd, which will not be renewed once time runs out. Furthermore, the company will not prioritize suppliers based on gender and will be pulling out of a prominent gay rights index, reported NPR.

“This is the biggest win yet for our movement to end wokeness in corporate America,” conservative political commentator and activist Robby Starbuck wrote on X, revealing that he had spoken with Walmart before the announcement.

If you look at the DEI or CRT training, hiring, and promotions, you will find it is racist and anti-white.

END IT

The person who has committed himself to exposing communist DEI, Christopher Rufo, now wants to see the end.

“I’m going to spend the next 60 days making the argument that President Trump should abolish DEI,” Rufo wrote on X, “restrict critical race theory, shut down the Department of Education, and lay siege to the Ivy League universities, beginning on Day One.

“That’s the campaign. Sprint to the finish.”

America is about fairness and equality. We need to go back to being a meritocracy.

I’m thinking it would be nice if Walmart really means it. I hope so for America and other people around the world.

May I remind many about Walmart?

This a company with multiple DEI hires in top level management and middle management. Do you think they’ll remove them?

This is a company that allowed a now former CEO of Sam’s Club to berate a group of representatives wishing to sell products to Sam’s Club because there wasn’t a black person among the representatives, she cancelled the meeting after it started.

This is a company that pushed the SCAM-demic down our throats, offended Americans that didn’t want to wear a mask, had signs up that said “Wearing a mask shows you care”. Literally harassed and threatened people at the door who didn’t want to wear a mask that does NOT work against a virus.

Walmart is a globalist company that donated $100 Million to a self confessed Communist organization called BLM. Walmart has deleted the web pages that showed this.

Can’t help but wonder how Islam in Europe will take the change? Do you think Walmart will make these changes in Europe? Oh ya, Walmart in Europe will hire whites before Islam Muslims. Give me a break.

Since almost every institution in our country is loaded with Communists and globalists in management, can’t help but wonder how many there are in Walmart upper management. Ya think they’ll be replaced with conservative Christians that love America/

I suspect some upper level management in Walmart is becoming concerned about the the winds that are changing. That doesn’t mean they have changed. Concerned management inquired at legal and legal advised to make some changes publicly to avoid law suits. Legal also whispered don’t worry too much about it; we’ll rewrite some policies. What do you think that means? (smile)

I appreciate all the euphoria on this, but I think I’ll wait for the movie.

Remember tyrants, Communists, globalists, politicians normally don’t change their spots. They merely bend with the wind till the wind changes directions. We must remain watchful, and consider this a war that’s not over.

I am 80. The America in which I grew up is well descrobed by M. Dowling:
“America is about fairness and equality. We need to go back to being a meritocracy.”

Companies are starting to realize that diversity is the mistaken belief that a chain can be made stronger by adding a few weak links.
