Josh Caplan, the Editor of Vessel News, reports that an alleged eyewitness to Seth Rich’s murder says, “they walked him past me, and he didn’t even know he was shot—no pain.”
Mark Mueller, who also goes under the name Scott Roberts, was allegedly at the scene when Rich was shot on July 10, 2016, and was listed in the police report. You can hear him at a vigil for the young murdered man in this clip.
