Police are looking for a woman who jumped the fence at the Bronx Zoo to wave at the lion in his lair. She danced around and waved at the lion for a while and then left — alive. The anonymous dingbat could have gotten herself and the lion killed.
The zoo keeps the barriers low so people can enjoy the animals. People like her could ruin it.
The zoo will press charges.
