Harris County DA Kim Ogg has officially announced that her office will notify the court today that they will seek the death penalty for Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Jose Peña Ramos.
Kim Ogg is a Democrat. She said that any of Donald Trump’s policies would likely have prevented the rape and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray.
The two murdering rapists broke the law coming into the country and then quickly committed this horrific crime. DA Ogg said Texas wants to send a message that this will not be tolerated.
They tossed her in a watery ditch after they were done with her. There is no question there is powerful evidence they committed the crime.

as soon as they’re found guilty hang them by they’re wrist and have anybody who wants to take a few swings at them with a baseball bat. after a week, if they are still breathing blow their worthless brains out and dump they’re bodies for buzzard food. and every one who had anything to do with letting these animals into America should go to prison.

It breaks my heart what happened to this baby girl. I hope they crank up the voltage to maximum when these guys fry in the chair if found guilty. That day the lights will dim in the State of Texas and justice will be done in a puff of smoke. Then Satan and his demons will slow roast their miserable souls for all eternity.

She is leaving the Democrat reservation; let’s keep an eye on this. Let’s see how Democrat leadership respond to this. Will she experience the same type of indictment the Mayor of NY experienced?

I never said she’s leaving the party, I agree with the rest of your comment. I’m wondering if she will be indicted for something she did in the past as the Mayor of NY was when he talked about illegal immigration destroying the NY City budget.
