There is no judiciary relief coming, not even from the Supreme Court. Despite that, the Trump team, will file lawsuits immediately in individual districts, eliminating the ‘no standing’ excuse. However, the way to go is to convince Republicans in the legislatures to appoint their own electors. That doesn’t appear to be happening for whatever reasons.
FYI: after the Supreme Court ruled against Gore, the advice of the chief of his legal team was to take it to Congress. The head of that legal team is now Biden’s announced Chief of Staff. 12th Amendment does empower Congress to vote if electors contested.

I will come down to this: accept a totalitarian Harris administration that will lead to communism, civil war or Convention of the States which I prefer. The first two are a last resort.
The audits are blocked because this is a major criminal operation. The operation extends into the parties, federal agencies, governor, SOSs.
Our SCOTUS ignores these facts. Our SCOTUS does not even want to hear these facts. Our SCOTUS is just as likely to be in the pockets of the CCP as are our state governments, our US Congress and our DoJ.

We all know Why Georgia isn’t interested in exposing Election fraud. They have massive “Chinese contracts”. Why would they want someone in the White House who is a China antagonist, or even keep the Senate, which could restrain a “president” Biden.
