Judge Who Declared All Earthlings ‘Protected Illegals’ Tried to Defy SCOTUS

Federal judge Randolph Moss  defied the Supreme Court for part of the day yesterday by issuing a new injunction against President Trump’s deportation of eight illegals to South Sudan.

This is the third time the Supreme Court was defied on this one issue. His injunction didn’t last the day.

He is the district judge who said all future illegal aliens on earth are a protected class. If we didn’t have some sane people on the Supreme Court, we’d be an official open borders country, open to the world.

However, Judge Randolph Moss, an Obama appointee, issued the same injunction in a separate case blocking Trump from moving these illegals, who are apparently still in Djibouti.

It was temporary and he surrendered later in the day.

District Judge Randolph Moss in Washington, D.C., put a temporary hold on the deportations while he evaluated a last-ditch appeal by the immigrants’ lawyers. In an afternoon hearing, he decided he was powerless to halt the removals of eight convicted thieves, rapists, and murderers who were in the US illegally. He stated that the person best positioned to rule on the request was Brian Murphy, the federal judge in Boston whose rulings led to the initial halt of the administration’s effort to begin deportations to the eastern African country.

But on Friday evening, Murphy issued a brief ruling concluding that the Supreme Court had tied his hands. “This Court interprets these Supreme Court orders as binding on this new petition, as Petitioners are now raising substantially similar claims, and therefore Petitioners motion is denied,” Murphy wrote.

The problem is these judges aren’t going anywhere and if we lose SCOTUS, they will rule over us.

I wonder, will Bondi insist they be brought back, as with Garcia? How can we count on anything, with her there? I was a big fan of Stephen Miller, but his outrage act has been used too many times. Let’s not forget, 2 weeks ago on Faux, he expressed fierce outrage over Murphy and said there would be a “firestorm”… Read more »

President Trump no matter how hard he tries will never rid us of these illegals. In Trump’s own words he says there are at least 20 million illegals who entered our country in the last for years. At the rate ICE is going they’ll be lucky to remove one million illegals before Trump’s term ends not counting the self-removers. He… Read more »

God forbid, but vigilantes will take care of these rouge judges should it be needed. It’s our history. The Smithsonian says that we are a violent people.

True…but may be true, as the Smithsonian may be saying what we Americans become when pushed too far…we have tea parties and revolutions. A gaggle of chicken Schitt judges trying to rule the people may redefine the definition of a “hanging judge.”

Yes, I would like to see some lawless judges hanging around.

If it weren’t for good men being violent, our nation would not exist, and we would all be slaves. There have been tyrants since Nimrod.
Vile sinners are the tyrants best allies.

It is the purview of Congress to remove these judges.

It is also the purview of Americans to remove congressmen who refuse to remove judges.

It’s also in the purview of the Sup Ct to remove the rogue judges from these cases.

It sure is. But Johnson is the one blocking action, along with maybe a chairperson or two. The removal of judges issue will not filter down to individual races.

Yes, and there we get back to the RINO problem. The judges are awful, but then when “our side” does not act, they are also awful.

This was CHief Roberts doing for speaking out against the American people’s anger toward rogue disctrict judges. Fact is, Roberts is also a rogue Marxist SOB, and should be investigated for corruption at the highest levels

Exactly. Roberts is, I believe, fully corrupt and owned by the Deep State,

Notice that the issue of Roberts being in that secret group of leftist judges has gone away. “Conservative” networks like Faux will not cover it.

It’s an issue, if used properly, with coverage and investigation, could cause Roberts to resign.

It is time congress acted to impeach these rogue, lawless federal district judges by perhaps establishing a threshold for the number of cases a judge could have overturned before being subjected to impeachment. Several of these nutcase ‘judges’ have likely already surpassed any reasonable threshold.
