“The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision,” according to an initial draft majority opinion circulated inside the court and obtained by Politico.
It is a “full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood vs. Casey.
Justice Samuel Alito writing for the majority: “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.”
“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”
It’s not final until it’s published in about two months. The opinion could change.
Roe vs. Wade was never constitutional. It should be up to the states. How long before the Left threatens to kill the Justices or destroy the Court?
It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff. This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.

This leak is very serious and has never been done in the history of the Court. The leak is likely an attempt by the Left to change the outcome.

In the spirit of crooks Barr & Sessions, the DOJ will not investigate the illegal leak, and will block other investigations because they are investigating. Let’s see if the SC marshal actually investigates. Roberts runs an awful court. He is an awful person. Of course, junk media outlet Politico will not be held accountable for publishing private information. The leak should be regarded also as an attempt to incite violence. But the DOJ sat and watched as nationwide riots were organized in the summer of 2020.
If this “Leak” is an actual document, we are seeing a sea-change in the direction of the Supreme Court which will translate to a sea-change in the Federal Government. The Court is returning power to the States. It is signaling that the powers of the Federal Government are limited to those enumerated in the Constitution – period! It is also a signal to the Courts that Judicial Activism isn’t going to be tolerated in the future. In striking down Roe V Wade, the Court is now saying that it’s Legislative Body who makes Law, not the Court. We can only Hope that the Supreme will carry this idea over to the Executive Branch and greatly limit Executive Branch mandate power.
The Godless Communist Democrat Liberal Losers will claim that the Court is throwing Democracy out the Window. That is exactly what the Supreme Court in doing. America is not a Mob Rule Democracy ruled by the emotion of the moment. Roe v Wade was a Mob Rule fueled decision. America is a Constitutional Republic where we elect people who we feel are smarter than we are to make informed decisions that are good for society as a group and not to placate to individual short-term emotional desires.
The “Leak” is a concern as it indicates just how desperate the Liberals are to keep power. Liberals are losing the Suburban Moms because of CRT and the Grooming of our Children. What the Liberals don’t understand is that in the Liberal States Liberals will still vote for Abortion and be happy. This will create turmoil, but will not change the move of the majority to The People back to Common Sense and Religious Values as the guiding principals in their lives. Liberalism is dying a quick and profoundly massive death. Over 100 years of Progress Ideology is being wiped away in less than 10 years. It’s comforting to know that the desire for Freedom is still strong in America. I now have hope that by our country’s 250th Birthday in 2026, we will have for the most part returned to the fundamental principles that created American and made it that Shining Light on the Hill. America is the United States, not a a Tyrannical Central Planning, one size fits none, Federal Oligarchy. We still live in dangerous times; Liberals will not give up power willingly!

it RIGHTFULLY returns the law making process TO THE STATES
the STATE you live in will have the final say as to whether abortion is permitted IN YOUR STATE.
this is how the founding fathers intended things to be.
if you don’t agree with your state’s laws, CHANGE THEM….or move to a state that better suits your beliefs.
