Charlie Kirk, a good family man, a religious man, father of two young children, who taught young people about traditional values, was shot in cold blood. It was a planned assassination by a man in black shooting from a roof 200 yards away while Mr. Kirk sat under an open tent in a Utah Valley University. As a point of interest, they do have the death penalty in Utah.
Matthew Dowd Was Fired
MSNBC fired analyst Matthew Dowd for ‘unacceptable’ comments about Charlie Kirk
Dowd had suggested Kirk brought on assassination with ‘hateful words’
Kirk was never hateful. He told the truth. If people who disagree with them express their views, Leftist Democrats now frame it as hate speech to silence them. That is what hate speech is about. What Dowd calls hate speech is his propaganda.
During coverage of the attack against Kirk, Dowd suggested that Kirk’s “pushing” of “hate speech” toward certain groups made him an inevitable target.
“And I always go back to: hateful thoughts lead to hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions,” Dowd said. “And I think that’s the environment we’re in. People just, you can’t stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have and then saying these awful words and not expect awful actions to take place.”
Dowd added that details remained scarce and that “we don’t know if this was a supporter shooting their gun off in celebration. So, we have no idea about this.”
There is a special place in hell for scumbags like Matthew Dowd.
MSNBC should issue an apology and ban Dowd from their network permanently.
We have to be better than this.

MSNBC’s Statement
MSNBC President Rebecca Kutler said in her statement that Dowd’s comments were “inappropriate, insensitive and unacceptable.”
“We apologize for his statements, as has he,” Kutler wrote. “There is no place for violence in America, political or otherwise.”
Kutler issued a minimal statement in the most minimal way. She should have at least had it repeated on air.
Only backlash seems to affect these newspeople.
Three of Analyst Dowd’s Top Three Contributions
A Matthew Dowd favorite: Christ was a groomer, socialist, and woke.
“The entire message of the gospels of the Easter holidays was love one another. And I have said this before, and I’ll say it again. If Jesus Christ was alive today, He would be called a groomer. He would be called woke. And He would be called a socialist if He was alive today,” he added.

Dowd Took the Following Hate Speech Down from X
“though they aren’t likely to be held criminally responsible, I hold morally responsible for the shooting in Buffalo folks like Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Trump, GOP leaders like Elise Stefanik, Cruz, Hawley, etc.”

Dowd’s Hyperbole Meets the Criteria of Hate Speech
After Reid’s nasty lead-in, Dowd said, “[T]o me, though there was less loss of life on January 6th, January 6th was worse than 9/11 because it’s continued to rip our country apart and give permission for people to pursue autocratic means and so I think we’re in a much worse place than we’ve been and, as I’ve said, I think to you before, I think we’re in the most perilous point in time since 1861 in the advent of the Civil War.”

The perfect example of how incurably corrupt the left wing media is. Conservatives lose a young, brilliant, courageous, spokesman for their cause, while sick leftists fire a “reporter”. The dangerous sickos will take that trade every time.
