President issues 26 pardons, one goes to Paul Manafort, the Left’s bogeyman

President Donald Trump on Wednesday issued a second batch of pardons, this time forgiving the crimes of two former associates, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, as well as Charles Kushner, the father of Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner.
The latest list grants 26 full pardons and commutes all or part of the sentence of three additional individuals after Trump on Tuesday issued 15 pardons and five commutations.

The list includes several people recommended by former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, who was part of Trump’s impeachment defense team, and Ike Perlmutter, the former CEO of Marvel Entertainment and a member of the president’s private Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida, according to a statement from the White House.

Needless to say, the Left is quite angry and is making the pardoned into some kind of devils.

Jesse Benton is a Kentucky political operative who married into the family of Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and was convicted in 2016 on charges tied to campaign finance violations. He was pardoned as well.

The President needs to pardon thousands so the outraged left has to spend months investigating all of them.

Paul Manafort

I had forgotten about him and never heard of the others, until now.
You can determine a man’s character by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.
Soon we might have to man a fort so that we don’t have to fan a mort.

I have never forgotten Paul Manafort. For less than three months of work – helping Donald Trump to navigate the Electoral College – his life has been ruined beyond repair. As I understand it, he has been in solitary confinement, he is in a wheelchair, and all of his properties have been seized by the evil, all-powerful state.

He committed the equivalent of jay-walking, in the world where all District-of-Corruption denizens do it, but he was singled out for total destruction simply because he aided Trump. (John Podesta and other Democrats were protected from any legal punishment for the same offense.)

For nearly four years, I have seen supposed conservatives either ignore this man’s plight or say that he is a sleazy criminal who deserves what he got. These same people have often lamented passionately (and pathetically) how much Donald Trump has suffered – which nauseates me:

Donald Trump still has his health, his freedom, his properties, his family, and all the other blessings of his life. This pardon comes years too late to help salvage Manafort’s life. No one has suffered more than Paul Manafort for helping Donald Trump to become President!

If Trump does not set aside all restraint, and ignore all the seditious advisers that surround him, and do what is necessary to preserve the Republic from this election coup, then he and his will not be safe after he leaves office. The SDNY – the favored strike force for the communist left – is already preparing to help to ruin Trump’s life, as Manafort’s was ruined.

That same SDNY will very likely assist in seeking further retribution against any and all of the Trump supporters who have been pardoned, since a Federal pardon cannot protect one from State charges.

I repeat: I have never forgotten Paul Manafort! If you want to be self-serving about it: If they can do that to Manafort, then they can do it to you!

Trump may not have any of those things very much longer.
They can come get some if they want.
I know God and have no fear.
Some brevity and wit over a bad situation is how I maintain morale.
Don’t get mic drop excited over some text on a screen.
Will you be in the trenches, we’ll see.
