Durham appears to have a great deal of evidence, but how does he get an unbiased jury in DC? One Democrat activist can lead to a hung jury.
The trial of Michael Sussmann, a Hillary Clinton apparatchik who spread false conspiracy theories about Donald Trump to the FBI, begins on Tuesday. The jury is tainted.
In a new Durham filing, Techno Fog reports that Durham has hundreds of e-mails between Fusion GPS and reporters. These include efforts to frame Sergei Millian and Carter Page. And – confirmation of the Fusion GPS employee who will testify at Sussmann’s trial.
As Techno Fog writes that the jury is the problem. We saw it in the case of Roger Stone. A juror lied to get on the jury and the judge didn’t care.
It’s worse this time. Obama Judge Cooper is letting blatantly biased people on the jury. As an aside, Cooper’s wife defended Lisa Page, the disgraced FBI agent who sought to destroy Donald Trump.
The Sussmann jury includes a “federal government employee who…donated to Democrats in 2016 and another government employee who told the judge they “strongly” dislike former President Trump. Both of those jurors told the judge they could be impartial…”
Special counsel John Durham’s team objected to putting one Clinton contributor on the panel after the man said he would “strive for impartiality as best I can.” Judge Cooper felt confident he could be impartial.
Ther are AOC donors. In fact, Redstate noted that there are quite a few Clinton and Biden donors.

In DC, 92.5% of the voters went for Joe Biden. It’s unlikely Durham will get a conviction IOHO. Some Stats:

People forget that Durham was appointed by Bill Barr. He has done a wonderful job of giving the substantial appearance of fidelity to the Constitution, while, in the end, ensuring that none of this will come to fruition.
I could have told you this….Theres no way Hillary or any other democrat /socialist/communist/union member, will ever go to jail, except to say someone at the very lowest level in order feel the masses. It’s time to scrape everything, and go to the mattresses. Clearly, we weren’t able to keep our constitutional government as our founding fathers’ remarked. We need to start over, and that requires a bloody revolution.
A mistrial just means a New Trial. If there is a Mistrial, that provide ammunition for Durham to get a Venue Change. The person harmed was President Trump so the Trial should be held in Florida.
Wow, that is the familiar RINO “let’s get them next time” fable. Durham needed a venue change now. But that requires a real man with courage and ethics.
The “let’s get them next time” fable has been used so many times the past few years, such as before every election.
Durham had little choice over the venue. The Judge wasn’t going to grant it. This trial will get evidence on the record and out in public. It will make it very hard for the Congress not to investigate and hopefully create a real special counsel investigation. In any case, this trial will trash the FBI and Justice Department which should force a Republican Congress to address al least some of the issues. Government never takes responsibility for it’s actions!

Faux news and other RINO sources utilize the fable that the good guys are going to get Hillary, it gets them lots of gullible viewers. They hardly ever mention the actual criminals anymore, who are are all from the DOJ. It is completely dishonest reporting.

Durham was one of the Merry Bagpiper’s appointees. Why on Earth would you trust an investigator appointed by one of the guys trying to cover up the crime!? LOL! Or, like Hannity, do you still somehow trust that Barr is one of the good guys?

Barr assigned him to investigate a set of crimes over 3 years ago, and in October of 2020 he made him a special counsel.
Durham’s ridiculous and irresponsible inaction the past 3 years mirrors Barr’s behavior.
Barr was very serious about the criminal coverups he executed, it is impossible he assigned an honest person and left office to be later seriously humiliated by an honest prosecutor.
The prosecution and defense get a specific number of strikes. That favors dems too, as they make up 90% of the jury pool, while Reps are in short supply. There just not enough strikes to kill all the bias and it’s going to get in no matter what.
There is no way D.C., demographically at 49% black or almost five times the national average and who are overwhelmingly democrats, should effectively provide the jury pool for something affecting the entire nation like this has and does.
It’s probably somehow racist to point that inconvenient fact out. My apologies in advance NOT! Fact are facts IMO and the statement of facts does not require an apology.
Durham is one of the snakes inhabiting the swamp. He is getting rich off this thing, just as Ken Starr in his day. It’s just a never-ending joke with no expectation of anyone paying the price for this corruption except for a couple of low level figures who are already out of jail. This case has been going on now for years. I’ve lost total interest.
And clearly, given Durham’s irresponsible inaction the past 3 years, he is not only unethical, he is too scared to act.
He does, and his inaction on the jury and judge will seal any doubt that he is corrupt.
Yes, he does. You forget that he was appointed by Bill Barr. Barr would not have appointed him if he wasn’t reliable. But, reliable to carry out Barr’s goals. This is D.C., not the real world. Appearances are manufactured, but the end is decided before the beginning.
