The House’s big, beautiful bill ends Medicaid payments for gender mutilations on minors and it takes illegal aliens off the rolls. However, the Senate plans to change it and then it has to go back to the House. So far Congress has enshrined nothing that DOGE and Trump have implemented and they are going to alter the big, beautiful bill. Their time is running out.

Who in good conscience wants to try to argue that taxpayers should pay for “gender dysphoria” surgeries? Seriously? What did we taxpayers do to deserve THAT?
Anyone who actually *IS* gender-dysphoric needs mental re-adjustment, not surgery. You ARE what you ARE from birth. Chopping up your genitals won’t make you into something different. DNA doesn’t change.
California’s Greasy Gavin Newsome is misusing taxes that were voted in to pay for Medicare doctors. This ahole is simply confiscating those tax funds to help pay for his massive benefits for illegal aliens. CA is $10 billion short and is using at least that much to pay for the health care of illegals. Washington and California are both run by Democrats and these are the results of their insane management.
