Uh Oh, Runaway Democrats Have to Stay Away for Years

Governor Abbott is going to call a special session every 30 days until the redistricting map is completed.

If Democrats want to avoid arrest, they had better stay away. They might as well start voting in the state where they are.

“So first, this could literally last years, because in Texas, I’m authorized to call a special session every 30 days. It lasts 30 days, and as soon as this one is over, I’m going to call another one, then another one, then another one, then another one.

“If they show back up in the state of Texas, they will be arrested and taken to the Capitol. If they want to evade that arrest, they’re going to stay outside of the state of Texas for literally years, and they might as well just start voting in California or voting in Illinois, wherever they may be.

“And that will aid others in support of the lawsuit that I filed in the Texas Supreme Court saying that these lawmakers have abandoned their seat because we are incapable of conducting business for the people of Texas, because they have fled.

“This is the most un-Texan thing we’ve ever seen in Texas. From the time of the Alamo until today, Texans stand and fight. What these cowards did. They didn’t stand and fight. They fled and went to leftist blue states that may be more aligned with their personal philosophy that is not welcome in the state of Texas.”

Currently, they are not being paid and are fined $500 a day. Their office budget was slashed 30% and there are arrest warrants out for them. The FBI is aiding the search.

Yay, Texas!

Be a shame if someone like bounty hunters or some such bundled ’em up and dropped them outside a police station or the like in Texas. Just a starter idea

It took a decent network like OAN to report what really caused this situation. OAN has interviewed real conservatives in the Texas legislature. The RINO speaker, voted in by dems, let the dems leave by breaking the quorum. He could easily have held a vote on the redistricting. But he was in league with the dems, as he always is.… Read more »

Outlaw the Democrat Party. Democrats are NOT Americans. They are global citizens unattached in any way to the US. The Democrat Party hates Americans and wants Chaos. Their Party must be outlawed.

The word “sedition” comes readily to mind.

So far just talk. I’ll believe it when I see a Democrat in handcuffs being dragged in to vote. Democrats are going to get beaten badly in the 2026 midterms with or without the TX seats.

When a person gets arrested they go to JAIL. They don’t get delivered to the Capitol. They aren’t being “arrested”, they are merely being escorted.

Regardless of semantics, it will be refreshing to see these miscreants get some consequences for behaving like middle-school delinquents.

The over-arching gist of this entire debacle is that demorrhoids can’t compete on the field of ideas so they have to resort to childish antics. And they’re not even smart enough to realize people see it as such.

Pathetic.

The young, courageous, DOGE man, stood up to a mob to save a young lady from being carjacked. These Texas Dem kitties (you know what I mean) scamper away from a legislative session because they will lose a vote. They’re a cowardly disgrace and need to loose their seats ASAP.

Finally, the devilCrat party that says no one is above the law actually finds….they are not above the law. God bless you, Governor Abbott!

good. now if they could just kick them out of the legislature. that should be the next law they pass. if you leave the state during state business you will be removed from office. I think that would be a great law.

Anyone from Texas know that if removed from office are interim replacements appointed by the Governor or is a special election held?
Thanks

Removal is important, I expect Abbott the weakling to back off on that. But Paxton can act on his own.
