According to Pew Research, in 2023, an estimated 320,000 babies were born to mothers who were unauthorized immigrants or on legal temporary visas, representing about 9% of all U.S. births. This figure included approximately 300,000 births to undocumented mothers and 20,000 to those on temporary legal status.

The number of births to mothers with undocumented or temporary visas remained comparable to recent years, as seen in Pew Research Center data on total births.

That does accumulate though, doesn’t it? And it increased under Joe Biden. It’s terrifying.

Thirty-three countries in the world have birthright citizenship, including Chad, Pakistan, Canada and most South American countries. European countries have done away with it.
