An Iraqi national on the FBI’s terror watchlist was given an award by the Biden regime. It honored her support of gender equality. Taif Sami Mohammed Al Shakarchi is now no longer in the country thanks to the FBI.

The former Iraqi finance minister received the “International Women of Courage Award.” She received the award at an event headlined by then-First Lady Jill Biden and then-Secretary of State Tony Blinken. The award winner has landed on the FBI terrorist watchlist.

Reportedly, Al Shararchi has ties to Iranian militias.

Furthermore, Iraqi News reported this month that she had been “put on a judicial wanted list as authorities broaden a corruption probe.”

Reps. Joe Wilson (R-SC) and Greg Steube (R-Fla.) last year accused al-Shakarchi of being a “key enabler of terrorist funding in Iraq,” writing in a letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio that many prominent Iraqis and Iraq-based banks were “launder[ing] US dollars on behalf of Iran and its proxies, the New York Post reports.

Consequently, her visa was revoked. Biden’s award winner is already gone.
