The fact that Justice Thomas wrote 91 pages is not only unusual but also indicative of how bad this decision is and how angry he is. The Supreme Court could have helped save this country, but it sold us out. Some Justices are fools who allow anyone to take advantage of our nation, leaving us open to terrorism by our enemies. Our enemies are patient and will carefully groom children born in the U.S. and living abroad. They already have. Two from China were arrested last month for terrorism, and we also have infiltrators like Hassan Piker.

There might be some hope. Senator Eric Schmidt found a potential open door left by Justice Kavanaugh. He will file legislation to walk through it.
The door he sees open suggests Congress can pass a law saying babies born to foreigners temporarily in the U.S. are NOT citizens.
However, will the filibuster stop it? We have so many RINOs and Trump haters in the Senate that nothing gets done. They would rather see us become communists. They know exactly what they are doing. Only a few here and there are actually stupid. The same goes for the Justices: they’d rather see us fail as a nation and endanger national security.
The majority tried to constitutionalize unlimited birthright citizenship. But Justice Kavanaugh MAY have left Congress a door.

You should know that Gorsuch wasn’t on our side for the most part, either. The Federalist gave us terrible nominees.

Justice Thomas’s Dissent notes that the purpose of the 14th Amendment was to protect Black slaves. SCOTUS repurposed it.
