Justice Alito is furious about the birthright citizenship decision. He said it provides a powerful incentive to come here to give birth. Additionally, he points to the national security implications.
This is a disastrous decision interpreting the 14th Amendment literally, when it was specifically for Black Americans, and relying on what many see as erroneous precedents. They screwed us with this and the ruling extending vote counting. They have to know how much they are hurting the USA with these decisions.
Ann Coulter on the Feudal principle:
The Court says that the Citizenship Clause incorporated the English feudal principle that subjects owed lifetime servitude to the King who owned the soil on which they were born, but Americans—unsurprisingly—rejected this feudal principle.
Exactly the point I made in Adios, America.
It’s one thing for Roberts to forget the Civil War, another to forget the American Revolution.
🚨 WOW! Justice Alito is absolutely FUMING over SCOTUS giving the green light to birthright citizenship
“In my judgment, the court has made a mistake that will seriously affect the country’s future.”

Thomas footnote: T. Aquinas, Summa Theologica: [F]oreigners “were not at once admitted to citizenship” because “if foreigners were allowed to meddle with the affairs of a nation as soon as they settled down in its midst, many dangers might occur, since the foreigners not yet having the common good firmly at heart might attempt something hurtful to the people.”
The Obamcare-Is-Constitutional justice and Papist nut justice said anchor babies are citizens. The four sane justices said they aren’t.
Justice Thomas’s dissent is beautiful and irrefutable.
Hope Trump gets another appointment.

More from Thomas: <<the Court adds to the sad history of the Fourteenth Amendment, which was designed and understood to secure equal rights for the freed blacks but has instead been repurposed for political projects that the Reconstruction Congress did not support.>>
