Derek Chauvin’s attorney is currently seeking a dismissal in a new bombshell court filing. The filling alleges ‘illegal’ and ‘fraudulent’ conduct by Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.
Chauvin’s attorney, Greg Joseph, argues a grand jury was never convened to review the charges. “Because Hennepin County’s unlawful charges against Mr. Chauvin were not severe enough for the mob, Walz referred the case to Keith Ellison, who signed and e-filed a second unfounded complaint against Derek Chauvin that included the murder charge.”
Elon Musk is also pushing for Officer Derek Chauvin’s freedom.
The Railroading…
The officers were railroaded. The coroner and the pathologist were bullied and threatened. Originally, the pathologist was going to say St. George, the career criminal who died while high on drugs, expired due to drugs and a heart condition. One report said he had COVID. But then, his house was vandalized. Then he came up with a report that blamed Chauvin’s use of an accepted police tactic.
The police chief lied about that tactic of kneeling on the neck or back of an unruly criminal.
The Hennepin County attorney felt Chauvin was overcharged and the other three officers shouldn’t be charged at all. Then, the corrupt Governor Walz and his corrupt antifa attorney general Keith Ellison took the case from the attorney illegally.
They even had a juror admit that she joined the jury to find Officer Chauvin guilty. Black Lives Matter warned they would burn the city down. It was the price to be paid if Chauvin didn’t at least face a murder charge.
George Floyd, a career criminal who once held a gun to a pregnant woman’s stomach while she was pistol-whipped and robbed, was declared a saint by the media, politicians, and religious leaders. He was buried in a gold coffin, with pandering politicians knelt at his coffin to cry. Murals and statues appeared throughout the state depicting him with halos and looking like Jesus.
Gov. Walz, the dumbest of creatures, plans to throw Chauvin in a state prison for 22.5 years if he is pardoned of the federal charges.
