Duke is still discriminating against white and Asian students. They are incorrigible wokes, still discriminating three years after the mandate to stop it. They are arrogant and lawless.
The Justice Department has concluded that Duke University School of Law unlawfully discriminated against white and Asian applicants in admissions decisions for three consecutive incoming classes, violating the 2023 Supreme Court ruling that restricted race-based college admissions.
“Duke Law School doesn’t get a free pass to discriminate against white and Asian students simply because it thinks it has good intentions. Using ‘diversity’ essay questions to identify preferred races for admission is still illegal discrimination based on race,” Assistant General Harmeet K. Dhillon said.
It’s unclear what the repercussions will be, but no one should want people in careers who can’t do the jobs.
Rejected students should be able to sue. Some suggest the only solution is to demand their admissions data for review.
