“We’ve done something good today, and we need to keep that going in the future,” Abdul El-Sayed said.
According to Fox News Politics, Michigan’s Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed once helped lead a protest against three former self-described terrorists who converted to Christianity. At the time, El Sayed was the vice president of the Muslim Students Association, which has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. They reportedly enlist college students for the Brotherhood.
The event, titled “Terrorism: The World’s Greatest Threat,” was hosted by an affiliate chapter of the Young America’s Foundation and featured Walid Shoebat, Zachariah Annani, and Kamal Saleem, the Michigan Daily reported at the time. El-Sayed attended the university from 2003 to 2007, The College Fix noted.
This wasn’t Abdul’s only protest.
Noteworthy is the fact that El-Sayed’s father-in-law is a top official in the Muslim Brotherhood USA.
🚨 HOLY CRAP!!
The witness just exposed that Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El Sayed (D) is connected to TERRORISTS and the MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD
“I look at the connections that his father-in-law, Jukaku Tayeb, has TWO brotherhood-linked groups.”

Abdul El-Sayed, who is running in Michigan’s highly watched and hotly contested race for Senate against the GOP nominee, former Rep. Mike Rogers, was a leader of a protest against three “ex-terrorists” who spoke at the University of Michigan in 2007, according to the 2007 report.

The protest, chronicled by the Michigan Daily, was against three speakers, Walid Shoebat, Zachariah Annani and Kamal Saleem, self-described former terrorists who were making the rounds during the mid-2000s to discuss their lives in the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Muslim Brotherhood before converting to Christianity.
Students attending the talk staged a walkout, which El-Sayed cheered afterward.
“We’ve done something good today, and we need to keep that going in the future,” El-Sayed said.
The rally allegedly protested the generalization of the actions of a few. However, a student who attended the event until its conclusion told the Michigan Daily that the event’s purpose “was to educate the campus community about the dangers of Muslim extremism, not promote intolerance.”
El-Sayed was vice president of the Muslim Students Association at the time — an organization that a George Washington University researcher told the Senate Judiciary Committee last month served as the Muslim Brotherhood’s primary vehicle for building a U.S. presence on college campuses (p.4). The Trump administration has since moved to designate several Muslim Brotherhood chapters as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

The administration needs to ban all of them. The Brotherhood plans and promotes a radical form of Islam throughout the world. The Muslim Students Association has been notorious for spreading radical Islam on college campuses.
When he was a 24-year-old medical student in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he secured a Sharia-compliant mortgage. He made a very telling statement at the time.
“Ultimately,” he said, “the question is, when I die, and I stand before God and go through everything I did in my life, I don’t want to say I did it the easy way instead of the Sharia-compliant way. Not because of fear but because of obligation.”
Recently, he compared criticism of Sharia to the Trail of Tears. However, Sharia law is in direct opposition to the U.S. Constitution. The Trail of Tears was an injustice to Native Americans who were forced off their lands.
The College Fix uncovered the Michigan Daily report on August 10th. It noted that El-Sayed’s protest against former Muslim terrorists who converted from Islam to Christianity was hostile during the event. They filled a quarter of the auditorium and stormed out before the end. One woman continually heckled the speakers, stopping one speaker for some time.
Additionally, El-Sayed’s mother worked for a designated global terrorist group, the Islamic American Relief Agency (IARA). IARA provided direct financial assistance to Osama bin Laden.
It is important to note that radical Islamists kill converts.
