When Larry Krasner isn’t threatening the administration or ICE agents, he is gleefully releasing as many prisoners as possible while suing police officers.
He has been under fire from the Pennsylvania Attorney General and state and federal judges because his office pushes to overturn murder convictions without proper reviews.
Over the summer, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered the state attorney general to review any case in which Krasner’s office was seeking to overturn a conviction.
Now, a federal judge referred him to the DOJ to investigate him for possibly obstructing justice and committing other crimes in his handling of a post-conviction case.
Federal judge Paul Diamond issued a referral, recommending a criminal investigation into Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner.
The Indictment Couldn’t Happen to a More Deserving Guy
In a stinging 40-page document handed down Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond says that testimony before his court raises the possibility that Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner and a top deputy, Matthew Stiegler, may have pressured prosecutors to lie in court.
The referral stems from a 2009 case in which Dennis Johnson, convicted of killing Kenyatta Smith, is seeking to have his murder conviction thrown out.
Judge Diamond says he learned from assistant district attorneys that Krasner wanted to litigate the case in a manner to “protect the office,” and that this was “incompatible with their ethical obligations and the interests of the Commonwealth.”
The memo also says Stiegler and Krasner were urged to refer the case to the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, but that Krasner refused. The memo also says Krasner said, “There would be consequences” if any of his employees “alerted the court to the conflict issue.”
Judge Diamond described Krasner’s actions as “troubling” and might’ve urged his subordinates to “implement and present a false narrative to the court.”
Typical Krasner Craziness
Krasner threatened to track down and arrest NAZI ICE agents and blow up the White House ballroom. He is totally deranged, and we can thank Soros for this lunatic.
Krasner is the same guy who promised to “hunt down” ICE agents like Nazi war criminals after Trump leaves office:
“If we have to hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades, we will find your identities. We will find you.”

Philadelphia’s Soros-backed DA Larry Krasner just held a zoom call with other blue state prosecutors to devise a plan to prosecute ICE agents on state charges once Trump leaves office:
“The president cannot pardon them period!”
Just plain Bolshevik stuff.pic.twitter.com/YxRd7YvRjV
