Wildland fires occur across Europe every summer, but those that erupted in Spain and France in July 2026 were among the largest and most disruptive the two countries have faced in decades. Western Europe was hit especially hard, although it is easing in France and Spain. Wildfires have increased greatly since 2017, and it’s not the changing weather that causes it.
France is arresting arsonists who started 90 percent of the fires.
🚨🇪🇺 Meanwhile all across Europe
Police are looking for over 160 Arsonists in France & over 20 in Spain in relation to the devastating wildfires as Legacy Media continue to call the Fires Climate Change.

Ninety percent of the fires are caused by arsonists. They arrested over 160 in France and are looking for others. Undoubtedly, they are looking among the so-called migrant population for some of the arson. There are many reasons people accidentally or deliberately start fires, and some are terror fires. No one likes to admit that.
How can the media ignore or downplay the fact that over 160 people have been arrested for arson in France so far this month? They did.
It has long been true that 90% of forest fires are caused by humans. It is still true.

French Prime Minister Sebastien Le Cornu said that most of these fires are caused by foolish and careless accidents by people, like stray cigarette butts being left around. But some of them have a more serious and deliberate origin. Many of them are a result of intentional arson.
“Our country is going through an unprecedented fire season,” the Prime Minister said. “116,085 hectares have already burned, and 13,566 fire starts have been recorded since January. We have already surpassed the record year of 2022, when 72,000 hectares burned. The fight against wildfires begins with prevention. Nine out of 10 fires are human-caused, and most arise from carelessness: a cigarette butt, a barbecue, work carried out without precaution, postponing a construction project, clearing one’s land, not smoking near vegetation. These simple actions save forests, homes, and lives. But not all of these fires are accidents. Some are deliberately set. It is a crime punishable by 15 years’ criminal imprisonment. Since July 6, 162 arrests have already taken place. Security forces are fully mobilized to identify arsonists. They will be found, arrested, and held accountable for their actions before the courts.”
Despite this, EU news claims it’s climate change. Of course, dry, hot weather adds to it, but most of it is arson, and some is terror arson.
As an example of the main reasons for forest fires in 2023:
In Sicily, during the 2023 wildfires, around 6,000 firefighters, forest guards, and civil protection officers battled dozens of fires, some raging for several days across the Italian island. One firefighter died after falling ill while battling the flames. The interior minister said more than 160 fires have also been recorded in the Calabria region, with the local civil protection chief saying arsonists had tied rags soaked in flammable liquid to the tails of stray cats to spread the flames.
Also, that same year in 2023, this time in Greece, Greek authorities arrested two for arson while firefighters battled wildfires across the country. Fire department officials in Greece arrested two men Saturday for allegedly deliberately setting fires, while hundreds of firefighters battled wildfires that have killed at least 21 people in the last week. Some of the fires on that occasion were also caused by lightning strikes. It must be said, but in fact, this is a problem that’s been going back as far as 2017 or even earlier. 39 dead in terror arson fires in Portugal and Spain.
In Greece, terrorist arsonists were responsible.
There is much more in this clip from Gript News:
As one X poster writes, What have ‘authorities’ done to prepare for climate change? Built more reservoirs? Improved forest mgmt. and fire precautions? Strengthened sea defenses? A: None of the above. Instead, they’ve banned light bulbs, hoovers and tumble driers and signaled a lot of ‘virtue’
They manage demand. In other words, the peasants are out of luck.
On reservoirs, to be fair, capacity was wanted to be increased.
However, it was NIMBY @TheGreenParty that objected, yet the hypocrites continued to whinge about lack of capacity. pic.twitter.com/29Ris484Zu
