Graham Platner is dropping out of the Senate race, but not until the last minute on Monday. Allegedly, his communist DSA backers want to pick the candidate. There are a few candidates lined up, but the Democrat[ic] Socialist (DSA) choice is probably Troy Jackson, who already filed to run. It could also be far-left Nirav Shah, who has also filed.
Platner says he’s a victim of a conspiracy by his own party. He could be. The woman who said she was raped wasn’t very convincing, and she waited five years until the week before he couldn’t drop out. She also has a grievance against men in general. The accuser, who shares his political views, came forward as his poll numbers began to crash, and it was obvious he wouldn’t win.
Democrats probably see this as a new way to win. If their candidate isn’t doing well, they pull the person and put in someone they think will do better, with no time to vet the person.
Platner is a bad guy, but he might not have raped that woman. She left her door unlocked for him so he could just walk in.
From Anita Hill to Gloria Allred’s ‘victims’, men can be destroyed just by any unproven allegation. That is not a good thing. We’ve gone too far in supporting women. We need evidence before we destroy men. However, this woman represented only one of many problems with this creepy Totenkopf communist. He never should have been a candidate for the U.S. Senate. The Democrat Party is moving toward communism, and they are a disgrace. They will put up anyone whom they think can win.
The Democratic primary for governor was far too crowded, but Democrats said some of the candidates would be good for the Senate seat instead. Some watchers of Maine politics told CBS News a few of the candidates who came up short in that race could be near the top of the list to replace Platner as the Senate nominee. Those candidates include Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, former state Senate President Troy Jackson and former Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention Director Nirav Shah.
Former state House Speaker, far-left Hannah Pingree, won the gubernatorial primary.
The likely choice is DSA-endorsed logger Troy Jackson, a man of the very far left.
His speech is melodramatic:
My name might be on the ballot right now, but that ballot line belongs to the people of Maine. pic.twitter.com/RKVyLU76tm

Jen Psaki calls the Platner story “enraging for all of us.”
The same media that ran cover for this guy wants you to believe they are enraged by what everyone knew he was.
The real reason they’re enraged is because they were exposed for the frauds they are. Again. pic.twitter.com/yehIFtodxQ
