Lindsey Clancy sent her husband out to run errands, so she could use exercise bands to strangle her children. She then tried to kill herself and failed. Her children were Cora (5 years old), Dawson (3 years old), and Callan (8 months old). She blamed it on bipolar disorder and postpartum depression but knew enough to send her husband to the store so she could kill the small, defenseless children, one a baby.
She is currently on trial for the 2023 crime.
Lila Rose wrote a thoughtful post here about mercy and justice. We do have to consider both, but mercy doesn’t preclude justice.
Personally, I don’t care about her illness. She allegedly sent her husband out so she could kill the children. She admitted she did it.
The worst part of this story is that hundreds of leftist, feminist women have been standing outside Plymouth Superior Court with placards to support the child murderers. They are outside, joyous about backing up this woman, whom they have decided is a victim. These odd women applauded Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, thanking him for his work defending Clancy, who is accused of killing her three children.
Do we now absolve child killers because everyone is a victim? The feminists claim no one is evil; there are just victims and oppressors. They are attacking the poor husband who actually is a victim, and who, by all accounts, did everything he could for his wife.
