Punchbowl News reported, “Just before 9 a.m. on June 14, the dispatcher directed an ALS (Advanced Life Support) ambulance to the address of the former Senate GOP leader’s home. Audio of the EMS dispatch was circulating online earlier this week and was posted by journalist Desiree Townsend.”
Later on the same day, McConnell spokesperson David Popp said the senator was hospitalized and “receiving excellent care.”
On June 22, Popp said that McConnell was “working closely with staff on Senate business and Kentucky matters as he continues his recovery.”
We haven’t had any updates, and we really should have them. Should we believe Mr. Popp?
We have yet to find out why he keeps falling and freezing up, and he appears very fragile. On June 14, a dispatcher said he needed advanced life support. He was hospitalized for two weeks and might still be hospitalized.

Neighbors saw the 84-year-old McConnell taken out on a stretcher. He really needs to retire if he is even conscious.
