Chuck Grassley chaired a hearing of the Judiciary Committee the media is ignoring. He began by describing an investigation we didn’t know about called ‘Rampart Twelve.’ It appears to be a predecessor case to Arctic Frost and was opened in January 2021.
It was based on allegations that members led reconnaissance tours before January 6. According to all available records, there was no evidence of this whatsoever. The government knew there was no evidence.
Grassley said that this shows ‘Rampart Twelve’ investigators were partisan agents and prosecutors lacking evidence but still trying to fix a case against Republicans.
The $1 People Fed to the DOJ/FBI
Whistleblowers are revealing what most people would describe as an unethical, if not illegal, sweep of Trump supporters’ donations to his campaign.
“Thousands of Americans across all 50 states, as well as Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, who donated as little as $1 to President Trump and Trump-aligned Republican entities had their checks secretly subpoenaed by Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team.”
This is an invasion of privacy well beyond a reasonable search.
Jack Smith told Chuck Grassley that his team collected financial data. Senator Grassley said Smith collected 4,782 American donor checks (many for $5 to $10). Do they now have a huge database of anyone who supporters Republicans?
Smith is the infamous Lavrentiy Beria-style prosecutor who goes hunting for crimes without predicates. Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime. He tried to nail President Trump as the leader of the J6 riot.

In addition to issuing subpoenas for 87 Trump White House phones, which would capture communications with 44 Members of Congress, Smith obtained communications from at least 18 media outlets.
The outlets are: 60 Minutes, Associated Press, Bloomberg, CBS, CNBC, CNN, Fox News, LA Times, Mark Levin Show, Media Research Center, NBC, NPR, NY Magazine, Reuters, The Federalist, The Washington Post, Washington Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
That is certainly government overreach. And Mark Levin??? Why?
