The latest survey of the U.S. Senate race from Texas Public Opinion Research shows Democrat James Talarico leading Republican Ken Paxton, 45% to 40%, marking the Austin state representative’s largest lead in any public poll taken during the general election period.
Reportedly, Texas remains Republican, but the poll suggests Paxton may be underperforming the party’s usual statewide strength.
Allegedly, Hispanics are leaning heavily toward Talarico. Why? He is courting Black Americans by promising them that he would make Texans pay reparations.
The latest negative news about Talarico accuses him of breaking the law. He allegedly ran for office using his mother’s address but didn’t live there.
A report from The Federalist suggests multiple possible election-law violations on Talarico’s part:
Woke warrior James Talarico sounds like your classic mama’s boy. The 37-year-old Texas Senate candidate reportedly shares an individual checking account with his mother, a frequent contributor to his campaigns.
And records obtained by The Federalist show the Democratic Party’s great white hope for blueing up deep red Texas used his mother’s Austin address to register to vote in order to launch a previous campaign — an apparent violation of Texas election law.
It’s an interesting twist in the key Senate race, given that Talarico has accused his opponent, Republican state Attorney General Ken Paxton, of illegally voting in elections from the “wrong address.”
He’s a conniver who reportedly acted illegally because he was gerrymandered out of his district.

He shares a checking account with Mommy at age 37?
Do you know what this former teacher does now in addition to being an anti-Christian Christian? He is an equitable education consultant. He developed DEI for Texas schools.
What are the lunatics doing to Texas?
Polls allegedly show Talafreako, as President Trump nicknamed him, winning over Paxton. Hopefully, that can’t be true. Gov. Abbott said it’s not true.
No way this guy gets elected in Texas.
He says he’s a Christian who hates Christianity.
Says ‘Islamic Mystics’ shaped his faith.
The only mystery is why he thinks the rest of Texas is like Austin.https://t.co/vvwALVUOYj
