James Talarico falsely claims that Ken Paxton is a pedo protector. It’s a lie, and his claim to have reached out to the mother of the abused child in the story is a lie.
Here’s the Story
Ken Paxton reached a plea deal for a child sex abuser when the jury couldn’t reach a verdict. He knew the child didn’t want to testify again, and the mother agreed to the deal. After the deal was made, the mother changed her mind. That takes us to Talarico calling Paxton a pedo protector over the deal.
Talarico claims his team reached out to the mother. That wasn’t true. The mother called James Talarico out and said he was lying. Talarico never reached out to her.
She isn’t happy with Paxton either, but Talarico is lying again, painting Paxton as a pedo protector over a case the jury couldn’t decide and a child he wanted to protect from testifying again.
