Judge Denise Casper, an Obama federal judge on Friday blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order to secure US elections. She sided with a group of Democrat state attorneys general who challenged the effort as unconstitutional.

Trump’s March 25 executive order sought to compel officials to require documentary proof of citizenship for everyone registering to vote for federal elections, accept only mailed ballots received by Election Day and condition federal election grant funding on states adhering to the new ballot deadline.
The Democrat attorneys general said the order “usurps the States’ constitutional power and seeks to amend election law by fiat.”
The White House states that the order as “standing up for free, fair and honest elections” and called proof of citizenship a “commonsense” requirement.
In other words, the Executive can’t demand citizens vote in Executive’s elections.
Obviously these ” Judges” have never read the Construction or have not the ability to comprehend it’s meaning. It is all about illegal aliens voting! Remove these illiterates!
They do what they’re told!
I don’t see anything in the Constitution that allows this Judge to over rule POTUS…perhaps she can point it out to us?
If the Appeals or Supreme Court does not overturn this ruling we have lost our republic.
