The sanctions would forbid most transactions with the ICC after a six- to seven-month grace period, according to documents viewed by The Wall Street Journal and U.S. officials. That could cripple the court by prohibiting transactions in U.S. dollars and cutting it off from much of the global financial system.
The Court’s main purpose is to attack the U.S. and Israel and our sovereignty. We must stop paying for our own demise.

The US has never been a party to the Rome Statute. It is an attempt to seize US sovereignty. Remember UN-lover Samantha Power said we just needed to cede a little sovereignty to the UN for safety?
In 2002, Congress passed the American Servicemembers’ Protection Act, which aimed to protect U.S. personnel from ICC jurisdiction and reflected longstanding U.S. opposition to ICC authority over its citizens or allies.
In February 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14203, declaring that ICC actions targeting U.S. or Israeli nationals posed a national security threat and authorizing sanctions against ICC officials.
The new sweeping sanctions are long overdue.
