If the current pace continues, fiscal year 2026 (which started in October) would see the fewest immigrants and refugees from majority-Muslim countries in at least 30 years.
For 30 years, we have brought large numbers of refugees into the United States. That doesn’t mean they all haven’t assimilated, but considering Joe Biden’s mental state, how can we be sure they were properly vetted during his administration?
The nations involved have a significant presence of terror cells, warlords, Sharia adherents, and America haters. They have poor education systems, and we are bringing in people who will require handouts.
The refugees admitted under Joe Biden should be screened, but that likely can’t happen. The US has actually been allowing the UN to screen them.
Cato Institute reported:
We don’t have great numbers for the population overall, but among refugees, from 2002 to 2024, 28 percent of refugees from the 45 majority-Muslim countries were not Muslim—either Christian, Jewish, or other groups. About 21 percent were Christian. A total of 72.1% were Islamist.
In 2025, the State Department ceased reporting on the religious makeup of refugees.
