Lindsay Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, is asking Judge William Sullivan to investigate “Juror Doe,” including reviewing his confidential juror questionnaire, summons, and background information; records involving an alleged prior case and abuse-prevention order; and information about his cellphone use during deliberations. He is singling out the lone juror.
The defense also wants the judge to potentially question him about his voir dire answers, whether he received outside information, and whether he used his phone while the jury was deliberating.
This seems very calculated to poison any future jury. Reddington’s wife Debbie was outed for running a smear campaign online against the lone juror holdout.
Investigating jurors is a chilling move, and another attack on what has worked in our justice system. This defense attorney doesn’t seem ethical.
He ignored the jurors who wore pink and who bullied the people who thought Lindsay guilty. All were on their phones, yet Reddington only wants the lone juror investigated for using his phone. Another juror has a police record, but she voted for acquittal, so he doesn’t ask to have her probed. He is targeting the one juror who didn’t give him the verdict he wanted, and it’s only to poison any future jury or to convince the prosecutors to make a deal.
Lindsay Clancy will probably never answer for murdering her children, at least not in this life.

Edward Andrew Paltzik confirmed he is the attorney for Michael Péguy Desronvil. Desronvil is the lone holdout juror.
