Milwaukee Had a Glaring Absentee Ballot Issue in the Primary

About 15,000 votes were missing in the Milwaukee count last night. Five USB sticks were mishandled. Reportedly, it was human error, but they would say that if it wasn’t. Five of nine USB sticks were missing.

Approximately 15,000 outstanding absentee ballots were tied to the mislabeled drives. They caught the error. Allegedly, poll
workers pressed the wrong button on the tabulators, downloading audit logs instead of result files.

Election officials traveled back to the central count location to re-download the correct vote data from the machines and re-uploaded it to the Milwaukee County Courthouse system

At 12:08 a.m., the Associated Press reported that 94% of Wisconsin votes were counted, with David Crowley leading Francesca Hong by a little over 3,000 votes for the Democratic nomination for Wisconsin Governor. Tom Tiffany won the Republican nomination for governor in Wisconsin.

Around 1:05 a.m., Milwaukee County Clerk George Christenson announced the results for Milwaukee. David Crowley finished with 65,131 votes (43.04 %). Francesca Hong finished with 62,739 votes (41.46%). Therefore, Crowley finished with 2,392 more votes than Hong.

As of 1:31 a.m., the Associated Press is reporting that 98% of votes in the state have been counted, with David Crowley leading 312,286 votes to 308,401.

Socialists and communists are reportedly angry, suspecting voter fraud.
