Minnesota Attorney General Files to Extradite an ICE Agent

The corrupt Minnesota government wants an ICE agent extradited for shooting an illegal alien with Biden protective status while resisting arrest. The agent allegedly lied about how it went down. Nothing is happening to the illegal alien (that Biden let in and anointed as a legal immigrant) who resisted arrest. Attorney General Keith Ellison filed the demand for extradition in a federal lawsuit.

No one died, but Minnesota is already throwing the book at the agent. Governor Walz and pro-Antifa Attorney General Keith Ellison have previously made it clear that they hate ICE and want the agency abolished.

Agent Christian Castro was charged with four counts of second-degree assault (for endangering the four adults inside the residence) and one count of falsely reporting a crime. They went overboard with the felonies on this one. Usually, agents just get disciplined or fired for this.

Agent Castro wounded the illegal alien in the leg. The alien has a history of nonviolent crimes. He is physically fine. Everyone in the house is fine. There were two crimes committed by the alien, but that isn’t how Agent Castro reported it apparently. Castro allegedly fabricated an assault by the two illegal aliens with Biden protections. The aliens’ crimes were resisting arrest and entering the country illegally (if Biden’s fake protective status is ruled illegal.)

Castro faces 3 to 7 years in prison plus a fine. Castro could get 7 years on each of the four counts of assault. If he is guilty, he needs to face something, but the Minnesota government is so corrupt.

Definitely watch the clip.

Would you try to keep your agent in Texas? Does Texas have the law on their side? What do you think?
