Eden Prairie High School has canceled its Homecoming dance Saturday night after a shooting at the school’s football game against Minnetonka. They are not the kind of places that ever saw this kind of violence before the new Americans came.
Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and the game was postponed.
No arrests have been made, and law enforcement sources tell FOX 9 the shooting was related to Somali gangs.
Thank a Democrat. They brought them into the state, and they want more.
Law enforcement sources told Alpha News that the shooting was tied to Somali gang activity. However, police won’t publicly confirm it yet, and most media outlets aren’t reporting it. Powerlin Blog said it’s definitely Somali gang activity.
Alpha News reporter Liz Collins said her sources confirmed again that it was Somali gang violence.
Eden Prairie Police Chief Matt Sackett said officers were already on scene to help with the game when they were called to the outside of the football stadium on the north side of the high school around 8:40 p.m. for a “disturbance,” which later turned into a shooting.
Eden Prairie Schools says police evacuated the area and directed parents and students to a reunification point.
Two victims suffered non-life-threatening leg injuries outside the stadium during the homecoming game against Minnetonka. Police reported the shooting was targeted, and neither victim was a student at Eden Prairie or Minnetonka.
The problem of Somali gangs…
Investigators have indicated that much of the recent friction and violence involving these groups is fueled by social media disputes, online feuding, and the pursuit of digital notoriety rather than traditional enterprise-driven drug trafficking.
Look at the aftermath here.
Minnesota Crime attributes it to Somali tribal wars.

Powerline Blog wrote that the Somali violence is worrying the community. Eden Prairie was solid red until the Somalis moved in. Now it’s blue.
Congressman Tom Emmer posted the following message on Facebook. Of course, the Eden Prairie football game shooting was another Somali gang crime. Will anyone in the Minnesota media – other than Alpha News – tell Minnesotans the truth? Or are they too concerned about being politically correct? It’s not racist to call out Somali gang violence. Somali gangs are terrorizing our communities and putting our children’s lives at risk. FBI Director Kash Patel is on it and understands the threat, but Minnesota’s local and state leaders continue to do NOTHING. It’s about damn time Walz, Flanagan, Ellison, and their local DFL lackeys get off their backsides and do something.
