In this clip, the so-called “not radical” Michigan candidate for the Senate, Abdul El-Sayed, compares unconstitutional Sharia law to the Trail of Tears and Tulsa Massacre. Then he squeezes racist talk of “white supremacy” into his stump speech.
“And the reason I wanted to go all the way back to the 1830s is because you can’t understand a Sharia ban without understanding the Trail of Tears,” Abdul said. “You can’t understand the efforts to uproot Muslim Americans without understanding the Tulsa massacre. You cannot understand the challenges we face today without understanding white supremacy.”
It’s insane to vote for this man. It’s even crazier that he’s running for the US Senate. He shouldn’t be allowed to run fo this office; none of these radicals should be allowed to run.
