The lone juror, who refused to acquit Lindsay Clancy, spoke publicly about the deliberations to the Fugitive TV podcaster. Fugitive TV sounds perfect.
The angry Pink Ladies of the jury might not have been very truthful if we believe the lone juror.
Juror Michael P. Desronvil, 48, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, told Fugitive TV’s Ray Marcel that he believed Clancy was legally sane when she killed her three young children and that the evidence presented at trial supported a guilty verdict.
He’s a hero for standing up for what he believed.
The case went to a mistrial because he held out. He said eight women had made up their minds on the first day. He said they seemed like activists. At first, 8 wanted to acquit on the grounds of insanity, two leaned guilty, and two were undecided, he said.

Mr. Desronvil said that from day one, eight of them were going for Lindsay Clancy not guilty,” Marcel said.
Desronvil went further, describing the group favoring acquittal as behaving like “activists” who repeatedly tried to persuade the remaining jurors to join them.
“He said to him those eight felt like they were activists,” Marcel recounted. “Every day they would vote. … The eight who felt that Lindsay was not guilty were trying to convince the other four, ‘Hey, Lindsay is not guilty.’”
Michael Desronvil said he did not believe Clancy met the legal standard for insanity and remained convinced that she understood what she was doing.
He is not going on camera yet because he is under attack. While he was on the phone with the Fugitive TV moderator, a man was creeping around his house.
Desronvil also said he did not lie on the jury questionnaire. He added that he knew Lindsay Clancy was guilty. Michael also explained why he did what he did with the water bottle.
Michael Desronvil also said his wife didn’t go to court because she wasn’t here legally. People are claiming she didn’t go to court because she feared losing custody.
Desronvil said he thinks he is being targeted because he is a Republican.
