The full Fifth Circuit has issued an extraordinary precedential order making clear that illegal aliens do not have a constitutional right to roam free in the United States during their removal proceedings.

That’s a most common-sense ruling. The fact that it wasn’t obvious is stunning.

There will be another hearing, but before the conservative court.

Before the invasion, Yale estimated there were 22 million illegal aliens in the United States. Since Biden, as many as 20 million or more were admitted.
