California Congresswoman Norma Torres has a plan to stop the President’s mail-in ballot reforms by any means necessary. Part of the plan is to put drop boxes all over California.
As this poster says, she looks crazed. She’s an anarchist who refuses to follow the law. However, drop boxes are legal, and she can get away with this.

Norma Torres has a dark history and is anti-American. She is opposed to voter ID. The reason is likely so illegal aliens can vote. Congress needs to pass some laws to stop drop boxes and codify mail-in ballot reforms.
